Contig generation software In our lab we are generating the small fragments of DNA sequence may be around 500-1000 base pair long, during gene discovery project. we need to conctenate those fragments into single fragment (contig) and eventually to single gene. I would like to request all of the e-friends to either send me or let me know any windows based freely available software which could perform above mentioned task. Looking forward for help
