I've uploaded the documentation to the website <http://www.bioinformatics.org/osprai>. The html is automatically generated by Sphinx using ReStructuredText (ReST) documentation files and our python code docstrings. The code and the ReST is under version control, but the resulting html is not, so the documentation is not automatically updated as we work. Perhaps the html (and css, js, etc) should also be entered into SVN version control?
