In the documentations there is the mentioned the possibility to download the version of this code. Is This possibility real? I couldn't found the file in the Downloads section, and I found the way to download from the web by typing the following link http://www.bioinformatics.org/findtrna/FindtRNA.jar, I found it that it is not a good practise to do so, but is this code working, at least for the web. It is possible to run it with in a command line format?
