Hi, I am running the Populations 1.2.31 and using it to build a phylogenetic tree using individuals with bootstrap. I have ran it in an Acer Aspire E5-575, 2.4 GHz, 4 Gb memory, Windows 10 Home and doing bootstraps makes the program collapse within a couple of seconds. I am really interested in using microsatellites to do population analysis with populations software but it has been impossible. I have also ran it under W 7 and the same happens when building a tree with bootstraps....
