Born in 1998, Professor Sniggles makes his nest inside of the Bioinformatics.org Web server. His favorite hobby is chewing on the wires.

Gary is a founding member, Vice President, and Associate Director of Bioinformatics.Org. He received his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Alberta under Prof. David Wishart. Gary now works as the Head of Bioinformatics at Canada's National Microbiology Laboratory and is also an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Manitoba.

Jeff is the founder and manager of Bioinformatics.org. His interests include structural and evolutionary bioinformatics, data visualization, and advocating open science. He has an M.Sc. in Chemistry (biochemistry concentration) from Boston College and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
