Hello,
I have added a GTK+ based GUI for the command-line genpak programs. It is supposed to be lightweighed and has some nice gadgets on its own.

Genpak page has been submitted to bioinformatics, and the next Genpak release should be ready next week, together with a more thorough update of the web page.
