Creation of SeWeR CVS

The firt public CVS and the mailing list for SeWeR has been created to facilitate public participation in develoment of SeWeR. SeWeR (http://bioinformatics.org/sewer) is a very popular web interface for sequence analysis online. The project page can be accessed at http://bioinformatics.org/project/?group_id=399.
