We have released an excel template for DNA conc. calculation
which takes A260 OD data (i.e. absorbance data at A260) and automatically calculates the DNA conc. in ug/ml and ug/ul
moreover if you wish this template can also calculate the total amount of DNA
available to you in your stock solution
the template can also be downloaded via our website
