I created this group so that people would have access to the source codes of three web tools I developed for DNA sequence cutting (Restriction tools), called .
These three tools are generously hosted on Bioinformatics.org.
- DistinctiEnz is a Bioperl tool used to perform a virtual RFLP and more.
- T-DistinctiEnz is a Bioperl tool used to perform a virtual terminal RFLP (t-RFLP).
- IncisiEnz is a Bioperl tool to perform restriction analysis on DNA sequences.
Please feel free to use the source codes, but do reference to my work.
