  • DistinctiEnz is a Bioperl tool used to perform a virtual RFLP and more.
  • T-DistinctiEnz is a Bioperl tool used to perform a virtual terminal RFLP (t-RFLP).
  • IncisiEnz is a Bioperl tool to perform restriction analysis on DNA sequences.
