These three tools are generously hosted on Bioinformatics.org.
*DistinctiEnz is a Bioperl tool used to perform a virtual RFLP and more.
*T-DistinctiEnz is a Bioperl tool used to perform a virtual terminal RFLP (t-RFLP).
*IncisiEnz is a Bioperl tool to perform restriction analysis on DNA sequences.
