Strainer

Strainer is a multi-platform visualization tool for metagenomics data. It allows the user to easily browse the variation present in shotgun sequence data from non-clonal samples.

Bioinformatics.org is the new home for Strainer. Until the move is complete, most files will continue to be hosted on the old Strainer page

Source code

Source code has been uploaded and can be obtained from the bioinformatics.org subversion (svn) server. There are three ways to get the source:

  • checkout using an svn client (instructions)
