Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheva offers places on the Bioinformatics Track to a select few of its admitted students to the School of Computer Science.

Tel Aviv University offers a BSc. in Bioinformatics.

The famous Weizmann Institute in Rehovot teaches an MSc. called "Multidisciplinary Program in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics". This PDF document has more information. All studies there are conducted in English, and there are no tuition fees.
