Release notes:

There are not much new things in there, but it can output another clustering information file. I added that because it crashed before output the .clstr file when I clustered recent NR database. I thought it was because there were so many memory re-allocation operations in the final stage. So I let it write another cluster information file, in case it crash, I can convert it to the final .clstr file by post_cluster.pl.
