Release notes:

This is the first public release of TaxInspector.

Run:

 java -jar TaxInspectorInstaller_0.1b3.jar 

to start the graphical installer.  This will let you try out the browser in
standalone mode.  The source is also included for anyone interested in using 
the browser as a plugin, which is what it was designed for.
