REQUIREMENTS

• US Citizen or Greencard only
• BS in computer science, or related field
• The ability to provide strategic leadership to envision new ways of leveraging information.
• Strong influencing and change management skills are critical to success.
• Candidate should have a minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in information technology with knowledge of system development concepts and advancements in information technology.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in business intelligence arena including knowledge of ETL scripts, SQL tools, data warehouse concepts and BI reporting tools.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a team
• This position is most often the "face to the internal customer" when presenting enabling technologies and concepts to the business for the first time. As such, the candidate must be dynamic, personable, able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form, and have an ability to convey complex IT concepts at a business level.

PREFERENCES

• Professional experience with Pentaho BI suite and/or similar tools
• Oracle and/or MySQL database experience
• Experience with web architecture design and Web Services
• Vertica database experience
• Experience automating tasks with a workflow engine
• Understanding of software development life cycle and process methodologies, including agile experience
