    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Support the delivery of standard and ad hoc recruitment analytics and metrics reports, oversee the exchange of data between BMS, 3rd party analytics team, vendors and internal customers. Translate customer requests into reporting deliverables. Customer focus, attention to detail, experience with information system administration, extremely proficient with MS Office (Word, pot), ability to handle multiple projects. Very strong analytical competencies. Able to support the development of key messaging and conclusions from analytics. Support continuous improvement of reporting tools and methods.

    REQUIREMENTS

    BS/Associates degree in information science or scientific discipline, 3 years experience in clinical trial information services support, understanding of clinical trial processes, experience with vendor management, understanding of clinical trial metrics and applications, strong knowledge of internal information systems: Eclipse, IMPACT, MARs, RIVRS and J-Review. Experience with business intelligence and analytic applications (e.g., Spotfire, OBIEE) is preferred. Advanced Excel skills and SAS programming expertise required.
