We are pleased to announce our method, IgPred, developed to predict B-cell epitopes that can activate a specific class of antibody (IgG, IgA or IgE). In the past, a number of methods were developed for predicting B-cell epitopes, but none of them could predict the type of antibody they will induce. This is the first attempt to predict antibody-specific B-cell epitopes. It is open source software available for free, for academic use. You are welcome to use IgPred, and please give your input.
