RESPONSIBILITIES

SRA International, a leader in providing bioinformatics services to the Federal Government, is seeking talented bioinformatics scientists, project managers, architects, and software engineers to be members of a team supporting in Cancer Research and personalized medicine. The Data Quality Manager will perform data quality analysis of datasets. The candidate shall report to the Bioinformatics Lead and ensure that data quality remains high and consistent throughout the project. The Data Quality Manager will work with the team and with external stakeholders to identify and resolve production quality issues.

REQUIREMENTS

The Data Quality Manager shall have a Master or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as bioinformatics, computer science, or related fields and experience in data quality management in the bioinformatics field. Experience in implementing HP Quality Center and load/performance testing tools required.

PREFERENCES

Experience with NoSQL databases and AWS.
