    RESPONSIBILITIES

    SRA International, a leader in providing bioinformatics services to the Federal Government, is seeking talented bioinformatics scientists, project managers, architects, and software engineers to be members of a team supporting in Cancer Research and personalized medicine. The User Support lead will be the primary contact with stakeholders and users for questions and issues. The candidate will collaborate with staff responsible for the development of all required documentation; deploy the user support system; identify the hardware and software needed to provide solutions to user questions and problems; provide telephone, face-to-face, and online support to customers for those GDC systems required to include Helpdesk level support; and identify common user issues, submit tickets to development team for issues that need to be addressed. This position is for upcoming work and will be full time employment, based in the Rockville MD office.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelors Degree and 3+ years experience or equivalent (preferably Bachelor's degree in computer science and biology or related field)

    PREFERENCES

    Excellent communications skills.
