    Seven Bridges Genomics (http://www.sbgenomics.com) is building the most advanced cloud computing platform for genomics data analysis on the market. Voted "Best of Bio IT World 2013", we enable researchers to analyze genomic data faster and more efficiently than ever possible, so that they can focus on advancing the fields of genomics and personalized medicine.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Our Executive Assistants take care of all the behind-the-scenes heroics necessary to ensure our team can focus their energies on their core jobs.

    In this role your mission will be to:
    • Handle administrative tasks (such as managing calendars, appointments, travel, and correspondence) for executive team members
    • Anticipate administrative, operational and logistical tangles and resolve them before they become an issue
    • Maintain a productive relationship with team members at all levels of the organization and clients around the world

    REQUIREMENTS

    An ideal candidate would:
    • Have BA/BS degree or 4 years of related experience
    • Be flexible and comfortable in unfamiliar or fast-changing situations
    • Quickly learn new technologies and processes
    • Be highly organized and make the rest of us look organized too
