    BACKGROUND

    Seven Bridges Genomics (http://www.sbgenomics.com) is building the most advanced cloud computing platform for genomics data analysis on the market. Voted "Best of Bio IT World 2013", we enable researchers to analyze genomic data faster and more efficiently than ever possible, so that they can focus on advancing the fields of genomics and personalized medicine.

    Our Marketing and PR team drive the positioning, messaging and brand identity of Seven Bridges Genomics.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    In this role your mission will be to:
    • Identify marketing channels and coordinate our activities accordingly
    • Plan and conduct targeted campaigns in sync with product launch plans
    • Handle public relations, building and maintaining relationships to leading publications in the field
    • Coordinate our social media activities
    • Perform regular market research and competitive analysis

    REQUIREMENTS

    An ideal candidate would have:
    • At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in Marketing or PR in a genomics-related field
    • Experience working with or for startups
