    Resources: Pancreatic Cancer Methylation Database
Submitted by Gajendra P.S. Raghava; posted on Sunday, March 02, 2014

We are pleased to share our database, PCMdb, dedicated to methylation in pancreatic cancer (PCa). PCMdb is a database of methylated genes found in pancreatic cancer cell lines and tissues. In other words, it provides comprehensive information about the methylation status of various genes in pancreatic cancer and their comparison with the transcriptomics and genomics landscape. It is a manually curated database where information is collected and compiled from literature/databases. This database will be very useful for discovering novel biomarkers for PCa as well as understanding the role of methylation in drug resistance.
