I would like to draw your attention to the NETTAB 2014 workshop and to its joint event, "2014: Crystal (cl)Year".

NETTAB workshops have been annually held in Italy since 2001. These workshops have always had an International scope, as it is witnessed by involved chairs and speakers, and have received support or patronage from International and non Italian scientific societies. The main theme of the NETTAB 2014 is "From high-throughput structural bioinformatics to integrative systems biology". Main topics relate to methods, tools, applications, and perspectives on structural bioinformatics, proteomics and integrative systems biology.

The workshop will be held in Torino, from October 16 to 17, at the Molecular Biotechnology Center (MBC) of the local University. It will be a joint event with the "2014: Crystal (cl)Year" conference and the annual meeting of the Centre for Complex Systems in Molecular Biology and Medicine of the University of Torino.

We have agreed with BMC for the post workshop publication of two supplements of BMC Bioinformatics and of BMC Systems Biology including selected full papers from the workshop.

You will find the complete call for abstracts and much more information in the events' web sites:
