Resources: DynaMine: Sequence-based protein dynamics predictor
Submitted by Elisa Cilia; posted on Monday, June 16, 2014

We have recently released "DynaMine", a new web server for predicting the fast protein backbone dynamics directly from the amino acid sequence. DynaMine produces dynamics profiles describing the statistical potential of such movements at residue-level resolution. Predicted rigid and disorder regions are highlighted in these profiles as well as context-dependent regions of the protein. (See papers in NAR and Nat. Commun.)
