The four-day hands-on residential training course organized by RGCB and EBI will include classroom presentations and extensive hands-on practical sessions using complete data sets. This course is designed to introduce bioinformatics tools available for analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to individuals who have a basic background in bioinformatics or genomics.

Hands-on exercises will be performed with Linux command-line.
