    RESPONSIBILITIES

    A postdoctoral research associate position in bioinformatics and computational biology is currently available. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in an NSF-funded research project. The goal of the project is to develop computational methods for flexible protein-DNA docking.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Applicants should be strongly motivated and have a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology, Biophysics, Computational Chemistry, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience with computational structural biology will be a plus. Strong ability in programming is required.

    TERMS

    The initial appointment is for one year and maybe extended.
