    Opportunity: Bioinformatics Postdoc in Inflammation Biology @ La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology -- San Diego, CA (US)

    BACKGROUND

    There is an immediate opening for a Bioinformatics Postdoc in the laboratory of Dr. Klaus Ley at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology (http://www.lji.org). The training of post-doctoral fellows for independent research careers is a major goal of the laboratory.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The position will require RNA-Seq on 300 human monocyte samples and cell sorting. Applicants with prior training in bioinformatics and/or NextGen sequencing are encouraged to apply.

    LOCALE

    San Diego, CA , United States

    COMPENSATION

    $42-55K, DOE
