RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks:

Working in international IT projects with leading global pharmaceutical companies
Implementing solution strategies for complex interrelations through technical know-how

REQUIREMENTS

Your profile:

Degree in Bioinformatics or a comparable qualification
Minimum of 2 - 3 years professional experience
Experience with open source system integration solutions and handling of bioinformatics databases
In-depth knowledge of modern bioinformatics methods (preferably in Omics area)
Software development knowledge in R, Perl, Python and/or JAVA
Motivated, team and results-oriented and excellent communication skills
Good verbal and written German and English skills

I m PHD in Bioinformatics , I have 5 years professional experience, I have a strong experience with open source system integration solutions and handling of bioinformatics databases , knowledge of Omics area, Software development knowledge in R, Perl, Python and/or JAVA, Worked in groupe, Communications skills and verbal and written English skills..... I m Look for a job in Bioinformatics , I m very motivated, I did two internships in France, concern the transcriptomic analysis related to Cancer, I published Four Articles and 12 Communications. I have a sense of scientific research , the sense of share the information , the sense of solving Scientifics' problems an interdisciplinary environment , I learned also written and verbal communication skills. I have a strong background in bioinformatics, biostatistics, and large-scale dataset analysis, excellent communication and programming skills, and a great publication record. I have experience in programming language (C++, Java, Pyton .....), biological techniques (qPCR, Sequencing....), experience associated with NGS ...I have experience in ontology. I have experience in higher education.....
