    Opportunity Overview:
    Attain's Federal Health Solutions practice has an extremely exciting opportunity to support one of our NIH client's in accomplishing their mission to cure illness and alleviate suffering. We are seeking skilled Systems Integrators to support the evaluation, planning, and implementation of system integration to eliminate system redundancy, incorporate standardization, and to increase functionality and productivity across the NCI.

    Key Organizational Experience:
    NIH, NCI, CTEP, CTSU, CTMS, DCTD, DCP, CCCT, and CBIIT.

    Technical and Experience Requirements:
    • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, coordination and collaboration (i.e. between the contractor, COR, stakeholders as well as other contractors and Government staff) to identify system improvements that will translate into operational efficiency, elimination of redundant systems, and/or cost savings.
    • Expertise with system integration, interface and 2-way sharing of information with other NCI-owned systems and external systems.
    • Ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise delivering integration solutions, preferably in an Agile Development team.
    • Experience in one or more software development technologies such as C, C++, Java, Macromedia ColdFusion, Perl, or Python.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with little to no supervision and to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
    • Experience of designing and developing integration solutions (ESB/middleware and Web Services).
    • Strong Technical Knowledge of software application development.
    • Experience working with large databases, statistical analysis, and clinical data.
    • Experience with relational database - in Oracle, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL as administrator or developer.
    Other Requirements:
    • 5+ years of hands-on systems integration experience
    • Formal education (minimum: Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science or related field.
    • Local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area (no travel and no relocation)
    • Ability to secure Public Trust Clearance
