    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Performs feasibility studies, hardware/software evaluations, analysis of requirements, system design, programming, testing, implementation, problem solving, enhancements and required maintenance.
    • Meets with users to discuss requirements
    • Designs, codes, tests, and debugs programs
    • Creates necessary test data and tests programs
    • Prepares all necessary program documentation
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Education: Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent technical experience
    Experience: Required: 5 years professional experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
    Certification/Licenses/Registration: None required

    Skills:
    • Advanced problem solving and analysis
    • Advanced programming logic
    • Experience with relational databases and SQL
    • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
    • Knowledge of Embarcadero Delphi language
    Customer Service:
    • Takes routine or required customer service actions to meet customer's needs. Responds promptly and accurately to customers' complaints, inquiries, and requests for information and coordinates appropriate follow-up
