Opportunity: Postdoctoral fellow to analyze single cell/nuclear epigenetic and transcriptional datasets @ Eli and Edythe Broad CIRM Center, University of Southern California -- Los Angeles, CA (US)

BACKGROUND
Analysis of single cell/nuclear datasets in Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and NIH-funded programs to identify cellular mechanisms of human kidney development, injury and repair

RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with data generating members of research team to analyze epigenomic and transcriptional datasets.

REQUIREMENTS
PhD in computational biology or relevant graduate experience in the genomic analysis of single cell/nuclear datasets including ATAC-seq and RNA-seq

PREFERENCES
Experience or understanding of spatial approaches to single cell analyzes

TERMS
Initial contract 1 year, renewable

LOCALE
Los Angeles
