    BACKGROUND

Our group has a long-standing expertise in multi-omics studies using sequencing technology. We offer an open, supportive, dynamic and motivating academic environment with the possibility to work on cutting edge research project. We use a wide spectrum of approaches for translational cancer study including whole-genome sequencing (WGS), whole-exome sequencing (WES), whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS), ChIP-seq, Hi-C, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq and single cell sequencing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated applicant holding, or about to obtain, a BSc. or MSc. degree in bioinformatics, computational biology or similar. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in one or more of the following areas: RNA-seq, ChIP-Seq, Hi-C, integrative analyses from multiple omics datasets.
