    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Here's what you'll do:
    • You will lead international consulting and IT projects with large pharmaceutical and chemical companies – within a specified time and cost framework while ensuring our high quality standards
    • This means, that you will work closely with our customers to identify their requirements
    • Based on these requirements, you and your team will develop the best solution for the customer
    • You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and follow-up of workshops
    • You will not only create technical concepts but you will also implement them

    REQUIREMENTS

    What you need to succeed:
    • Knowledge of technical and IT processes in the life science and chemical industry. You know how to handle common laboratory software, like ELN, LIMS, SDMS, or Inventory Management systems
    • In addition you have worked in the industry itself, ideally in consulting as well
    • Excellent communication skills, with hands-on workshop facilitation experience
    • High focus on customer success and you enjoy working in teams
    • Full professional proficiency in English and ideally German
    • Willingness to travel
