    Texas A&M University Medical Sciences Library seeks a Document Delivery and Outreach Coordinator as part of Client Services to coordinate document delivery services and outreach projects.

    Position Scope: Coordinates document delivery services and interlibrary loan; negotiates contracts and agreements with area hospitals; coordinates the outreach program and administers the NN/LM resource library subcontract projects. Provides reference, education and research services to users; serves as the contact supporting clinical and patient care within the university and community.

    Required: An accredited Masters degree in library or information science; ability to work in a complex, collaborative and networked environment; willingness, motivation, and initiative required in developing new and unique programs; database searching skills. Must have valid driver's license.

    Preferred: Experience in a biomedical, health sciences or academic library setting; 1 to 2 years of professional experience; degree in life or health sciences; experience with document delivery and interlibrary loan; expertise in copyright laws. For position specifics see library.tamu.edu.

    Salary: Based on experience, $35,500 minimum; tenure-track faculty appointment; excellent benefits.
