Program `Poly' published in BMC Bioinformatics

The program ``Poly'' is described in a newly published methodology article in the journal BioMed Central Bioinformatics:

Poly is hosted here at Bioinformatics.Org. Its development stems from research by Ken Marx and J.W. Bizzaro into polymeric (SSR) tracts in DNA.

The software is still a bit crude and is undergoing some major changes.
