Our client is currently seeking a Senior Statistician with the following requirements:

REQUIRES 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE Provide in-depth statistical expertise in the areas of; experiment, protocol, case report form design, data base structure, and analysis plan; collaborate with the medical groups to complete joint scientific reports and FDA overviews, including review of such reports to ensure accuracy and clarity. May also contribute to the decision for optimal study design and contribute to the proper use of statistical methodologies for a study. Must have clinical research experience. MS Preferred (PHD) SKILL CODE: CM72

Primary functions of this position include: Provide appropriate statistical input into study design and analysis of data. Ensures that statistical sections of protocol-directed studies are designed to validate product performance claims. Participates in the preparation of data review.

Responsibilities include: Helps develop experimental design and performs statistical analyses for studies. Participates on project teams. Performs SAS programming or JMP analysis for evaluation of data.

Skills desired: SAS programming, statistical writing, experience in experimental design data analysis. Experience with JMP statistical software Experience with clinical statistics (prefer experience with In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Medical Devices). Ability to work on project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Education requirements: B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics (or related field)

Other: Specific experience in clinical statistics, experimental design & associated data analysis is desirable.
