Candidate will help develop various algorithms to analyze biological data including gene expression profiles, explore methodologies to integrate biological prior-knowledge with data analysis, and/or study mathematical modeling of genetic regulatory behavior of biological systems. He/she may need to collaborate with many researchers from different disciplines.REQUIREMENTS
- Ph. D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or closely related field.
- Good programming skill.
- Strong mathematic and statistical knowledge are essential.
- Must be comfortable with both Windows and Unix environments.
- Good communication skill and eager to explore new field is necessary.
- Experience in biological data analysis and/or biological knowledge database is plus.
- Experience in working with biologists is also plus
