A postdoctoral position in Computational biology/Bioinformatics is available in Dr. Yan Cui's lab at Univeristy of Tennessee Health Science Center (Memphis, TN). We are interested in DNA microarray data analysis, gene network inference and protein structure prediction (http://compbio.utmem.edu).
REQUIREMENTS
Ph.D. degree, researh experiences in bioinformatics or related fields, computer programming skills are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be able to take advantage of high performance computing facility including a new 48-processor Beowulf cluster.
