    DESCRIPTION

    Position available for experienced Biostatistician with clinical background.

    TERMS

    Temp to Perm position. 6 month contract - right to hire.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
    • Lead/co-lead safety programmer for studies
    • Reviewing of safety data displays, development, validation and documentation of specific project macros, development, validation and documentation of safety derived data sets
    • Providing support to Programmer Analysts and participation in projects in team meetings
    • Will also create/review and provide comments on the statistical analysis plan.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • MS+ in Statistics, Biostatistics or biometrics related field or BS with proven knowledge of statistical SAS procedures
    • 3 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical research setting as a statistical programmer.
    • Previous project leader experience and extensive knowledge of SAS programming with knowledge of SAS interface with other applications software.
