Submitted by Hubert Wassner; posted on Sunday, December 07, 2003
All publicly available EST & mRNA sequences (from EMBL database) have been processed with "zEST", a new software suite leading to transcriptome assembly.
Downloadable samples here:

List of available organism transcriptomes:
- Apis mellifera (honey bee)
- Takifugu rubripes (fugu fish)
- Schistosoma mansoni (bilharziose worm)
- Anopheles gambiae (paludism mosquito)
