    PostDoc in Bioinformatics

    Laboratory of theoretical molecular biology and bioinformatics has opening for PostDoc position in Bioinformatics. To work on one of the next projects: protein structure analysis and comparison, sequence alignments, genome analysis, including development of mathematical and physical algorithms and implementation them in computer programs, large-scale calculations and web interfaces. Project also may include development of bio-databases. We work with close collaboration with experimental laboratories.

    REQUIREMENTS

    PhD in Bioinformatics, Math, Physics, Biology, Comp. Science or related disciplines is required. Programming experience is required, particularly in Java, C/C++ , Perl, SQL, website and database experience (SQL) is a plus.
