Technology Transfer Manager (Business Development) ? Organics Bus Unit; Milwaukee, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, direct and manage the marketing functionality of our clients Organic Chemistry business. Specific brand responsibility is our clients plus influence and direction over other Organic Chemistry areas. Marketing includes a global perspective & WW responsibility. Individual will be responsible for sales & budget P & L, operational functionality, vision and strategies for organic chemistry business, development & implementation of organic chemistry marketing plans, marketing campaigns/programs, identification and execution of collaborative opportunities, branding, process improvements and R & D process.

Ideal Experience:
ü BS in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry or related Life Science mandatory ? advance degrees strongly preferred

ü 2+ years of marketing in biotech, life sciences market

ü Experience demonstrating strong business, interpersonal and organizational skills

ü Strong business development, JV, alliance & comarketing experiences and success

ü Excellent leadership and consensus building skills

ü Entrepreneurial Mentality / Business Maturity

ü Strong interpersonal & presentation skills.

Travel Requirements
Limited and at discretion of individual

Compensation Package:
Total Compensation Targets (base + bonus): $115K ? 132K

Eligible for initial and annual stock options
