Our client, a leading, innovation-driven pharmaceutical corporation is seeking suitable candidate to fill the above position:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with scientists and IT professionals to design, develop, and implement large scale innovative application systems and tools to expedite early stage discovery hypotheses by scientists
Create enterprise wide scientific applications/tools to assist and drive research in systems biology
Develop detailed data and information flow processes to ensure tools, data, and other information is available in an intuitive fashion on the web

REQUIREMENTS

MS/BS degree in Computer Science or similar
4 to 5years software development experience
Experience in Perl and Unix is a MUST, able to write shell scripting, perl programming and scripting
Additional background in the life sciences or mathematics is preferred but not required
