BIOINFORMATICS INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Electric Genetics Corporation has an immediate opening available for an Inside Sales Representative to assist our eVoke and BioPerl Support Services sales activities, as well as maintenance of our STACKdb and stackPACK clients. Details of this position are provided below:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies, qualifies and follows up with prospects through targeted cold-call and response-driven campaigns. Supports field sales reps and may travel overseas for trade shows.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates are outgoing with min 2 yrs selling exp, excellent computer skills & drive for self-improvement. Biotech or UNIX knowledge a plus, as is software sales experience.

LOCALE
The Bioinformatics Inside Sales Representative position will be located in our Cape Town, South Africa office. Opportunities exist to relocate the position to our U.S. operation after 1-2 years.
