We are seeking enthusiastic, results focused professionals to join our rapidly expanding team.RESPONSIBILITIES
The Oracle Clinical Programmer is responsible for coordinating support of IT systems utilized for clinical trials including projects such as building study protocol templates, developing derivation and validation procedures, participating in study reviews, maintaining active studies, and providing user support.
Responsibilities Include:
? Design Data Collection Modules (DCM), Data Collection Instruments (DCI), data entry screens, develop validation and derivation procedures, and set up the lab subsystem.
? Build business practices to facilitate the processing, cleaning, quality assurance, and review of clinical study data.
? Provide application support for Oracle Clinical Remote Data Capture (RDC) and Discoverer to the clinical research community.
? Provide analysis of systems and coordinate implementation of modifications.
? Conduct pre-activation study reviews and maintain production studies.
? Coordinate support of development and systems issues with DBAs and systems staff.REQUIREMENTS
? A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related area is required.
? Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, which includes user support and/or training experience.
? Demonstrated experience working with Oracle Clinical in a data management environment is required, along with PL/SQL.
? Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Remote Data Capture (RDC) and Oracle Discoverer preferred.
? Knowledge of medical research practices and familiarity with the full clinical trial process.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.HOW TO APPLY
