    Thanks for the offer of help.

    Currently, this project has received little attention and is therefore currently "on hold".

    However, I would like to draw your attention to a related project (open2Dprot) hosted at sourceforge.net.

    These guys have a fair bit of a head start in this area and have attracted many more people to their project.

    I feel the proteomics community would benefit more from having a combined effort into establishing at least 1 fully functional analysis platform.

    Once an open platform has been made available, maybe then would be the best time to introduce a little "competition"...
