SASTRA Deemed University (Shanmugha Arts Science Technology & Research Academy) at Thanjavur, TamilNadu, India, is organizing a short term training program in molecular graphics and modeling, with assistance from AICTE & ISTE, during December 1st to 12th, 2004. The program is designed to address the need for highly trained individuals in the exciting field of bioinformatics.

This training is only for engineering faculties, from AICTE approved institutes. Basic lectures about biomolecular structures and concepts with hands-on training is the highlight of this training. Applicants in and around the state of Tamilnadu in INDIA would be given preference.
