RESPONSIBILITIES

Seeking an experienced clinical trials statistician (Sr. Level) who will be responsible for collaborative research in the areas of BMT for leukemia/lymphoma, serving as Section Head and Senior Statistician for the BMT Program Project Grant and Lymphoma SPORE grant. This individual will supervise 3 Masters- level statisticians and 1 Ph.D. statistician, overseeing data analyses, preparing manuscripts, and participating in grant proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

The qualified candidate should hold a Ph.D. in biostatistics or a related field, with a background in clinical trials and biomedical research, preferably in the area of oncology, and ideally with experience in BMT research. Applicants should possess experience in clinical trials research and ideally some supervisory experience. Excellent written/verbal communication skills are required to regularly interact with both senior level managers and clinical research staff. A tenure-track appointment is anticipated, commensurate with experience.
