RESPONSIBILITIES
Familiar with statistical and computational activities in support of the project, including development and maintenance of various Toxicology reports that summarize and analyze data from toxicity and special studies. Provide statistical evaluation of the following studies as needed: Annual Toxicity, Special studies, long-term rodent carcinogenicity studies.
In addition, the employees shall manage requests annually for ''special'' statistical analyses of tumors or nonneoplastic lesions. Special requirements include the necessity for managing or mentoring personnel proficient in statistics and biostatistics, toxicology/carcinogenesis, toxicokinetics, toxicogenomics, risk assessment, statistical computing/data processing and other related subjects.REQUIREMENTS
Be very familiar with the following:
Fisher's Exact Test and Cochran-Armitage Trend Test
Compute the p-value for the Cochran-Armitage with polyX linear trend test
Variance-adjusted Poly3 Trend Test
Logistic Regression Score Test
Compute the p-value for the logistic score test
Constant Risk Difference Likelihood Ratio Test
Lifetable (Fatal Tumor) Test
Perform Cholesky decomposition of the symmetric, positive-definite matrix a into product of lower triangular matrix tl and its transpose
Perform a modified Newton-Raphson maximization of the log-likelihood function for a multi-parameter logistic regression.- Life Tables/Survival Curves
